The staff was great. We checked in on Christmas and stayed 3 nights. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. Everybody was so friendly and accommodating any needs. They made us feel like VIPs but I noticed they treated everybody like this. The rates were the best in the area and we have stayed at others in town that weren't near as nice. The room was large enough for us to play board games with the grand children. We walked several times to different stores. I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall experience was great, but what stood out to me was the kind woman checking me in. She did not know that the man in line behind me was my husband and took great care not to say my room number out-loud. As a Health and Safety Director and an EMT, I was touched by the extra mile she went to make sure that I was safe! She deserves a shout out for sure!

Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Large room. The floor in the elevator was sticky, we reported it to the front desk and they immediately cleaned it or should I say “cleaned at it”. It wasn’t sticky anymore when we used the elevator again about 30 minutes later but I can’t say it was “clean”!

Many varied breakfast items at this location. Always fresh and hot and especially enjoyed hot waffle bar and eggs. The area was always clean. Great coffee and juice selection. Holly and Hailey, the desk clerks, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

The morning staff were exceptional. We are handicapped and the lady working on December 24th was so sweet to bring us extra pillows, blanket and utensils. She was kind and helpful getting us a room by an outside door to help with loading and unloading.
